EasySpeed

A Joomla speed plugin for Core Web Vitals, on any Joomla 4.4, 5 or 6 site. It runs in plain PHP on your own hosting, with no outside service.

Our Joomla SEO service is senior SEO and Joomla development work on your own site every month, aimed at Google and at AI answers (generative engine optimisation, or GEO). We make the changes in Joomla ourselves and log each one: menu routing, robots.txt, canonicals, speed, structured data and the text on the page.
A typical find: one article reachable at several addresses, because Joomla builds each link from whichever menu item it finds. Google then picks the version it prefers, and it isn't always yours.

We write one app in Flutter or React Native and compile it into native apps for Android and iPhone. It reads your products, listings and forms straight from Joomla, so you keep editing them in one place.
An app earns its place when the same people come back: a customer who reorders, a student on lesson four, a business owner checking the reviews on their listing. They stay signed in with their website account, and a notification brings them back when the order ships. If most of your visitors find you once on Google and never return, an app won't change that.

That covers Joomla 3, the rebuild that became Joomla 4, and now 5 and 6. What we write today follows the namespaced structure of Joomla's own core extensions, which makes the next upgrade easier.
We won't move you off Joomla
A slow or hacked Joomla site can usually be put right where it is. Moving to another CMS means a rebuild and a full redirect map, and we'd rather spend your budget on the site you have.
What our speed number doesn't tell you
It's a Lighthouse lab test of our own page, not real visitors and not a client's site. Your result will depend on your host and on what your pages carry, which is why EasySpeed starts in a Diagnostics mode that only measures.

Who is JoomlaMax?
JoomlaMax was started in 2016 by a group of Joomla developers (more on the about page). We sell our own extensions, among them EasySMTP and EasySpeed, which runs on the site you're reading. We also work on client sites: SEO and AI search, hacked site cleanup, upgrades, maintenance, custom extensions and mobile apps.
Which Joomla versions do your extensions support?
EasySpeed runs on Joomla 4.4, 5 and 6. EasySMTP works on Joomla 4, 5 and 6. The Meta Pixel plugin is for HikaShop on Joomla, and its page lists what it needs. If your site is on Joomla 3, or on Joomla 4 before 4.4, we can upgrade it to Joomla 5 or 6.
Do your extensions work with my template or page builder?
Yes. EasySpeed has built-in adaptations for SP Page Builder, Helix Ultimate and YOOtheme Pro, and it works with other templates too. Every feature has its own switch, so if one clashes with something on your site, you turn that one off and keep the rest. EasySMTP works at Joomla's mail level, where the template doesn't come into it.
How do updates work?
Through Joomla's own updater. Enter the Download ID from your JoomlaMax dashboard, and new versions of EasySpeed and EasySMTP show up in System > Update > Extensions, ready to install with one click. Updates are included for the licence year.
Can you build a custom Joomla extension?
Yes. We build components, plugins and modules for Joomla 5 with PSR-4 and MVC, and hand over the spec, source code, database migrations, documentation and a short video walkthrough, plus an update server and licensing if you need them. It's priced by quote after a 20-minute call.
My Joomla site was hacked. What now?
Leave it as it is for a moment. Don't restore a backup or update Joomla yet: both usually wipe out the evidence of how the attacker got in, and the same hole stays open. Then send us the domain through the hacked site page. A Joomla security specialist replies within 30 minutes with a free audit and a fixed price, and you pay only if the site is fixed.
Do you do SEO for AI search?
Yes, inside our Joomla SEO service and for the same $1,499 a month. Generative engine optimisation (GEO) is mostly sound SEO, plus checks that are easy to miss on a Joomla site: whether robots.txt or a Cloudflare setting turns away OAI-SearchBot or Claude-SearchBot, and whether the text in your tabs and sliders can be read without JavaScript. Nobody can promise an AI citation, and we don't.
